Courses 2023 - Enrolment Information


Enrolment

We use an Enrolment form to make it really easy. Enrolment is available now and ends seven days before the start of the course, or earlier when fully booked.

We have set a maximum number of participants in each course of about thirty and a minimum of about twelve, but have some flexibility regarding these numbers. As to the maximum, we want to be able to give proper attention to each of the participants and make it a personal experience for all.

When you submit the form we will respond as soon as possible to let you know if the requested place is still available for the course you are interested in. Only when that is confirmed, you should pay the course fee as explained below.

We will keep your reservation for at least 48 hours from our confirmation email, but give no guarantee after that, depending on how much interest there is for that course. So please make payment at your earliest convenience to ensure your place.

Only after we have received your payment and this has been confirmed by us, your enrolment is complete and your place is guaranteed.

If for any urgent reason we have to cancel a course, or you have to pull out, full refund will be given. After the start of any course, no refunds are possible.

Payments

Please pay the course fee within 48 hours after you have received confirmation from us of a place.

Payments should be made into the account that we specify in our confirmation email. Please add the full name of the chief applicant in the reference field to allow us to match your payment with the reservation.

Enrolment is only confirmed after we receive your payment. Payments are processed at a first come first serve basis. You will be notified by return email if your enrolment has been successful.


A reminder email with further details about any course will be sent to all those enrolled, within seven days before the start of the course.

Participants will receive an invitation email with Zoom link on the morning of each course night.
